Invitation Policy

Please note that your invitation after completion may be used as a picture to display this custom item or may also be used as a sample distributed to other brides.

Please note. You may change just about any aspect of any of our invitation sets, table numbers, save the date announcements, dinner menus, reserved seating cards, programs, will you be my bridesmaid cards, and thank you cards. Simply contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate all of your needs. It is your special day and we want to help you make it perfect. Samples

Any invitation can be purchased as a sample. Simply add the item to your cart and a sample will be created and shipped to you. Please be note that all sample orders are completed in generic format including but not limited to colors, font, wording, gems, ribbon.A sample may not be exact to the picture shown as materials that are currently in stock are used to complete these samples, most samples do not include envelopes. Envelopes are not included due to the fact that we let you choose from hundreds of colors and textures for your complete order. ENVELOPES ARE INCLUDED WITH ALL FULL ORDERS.

Proofing and Payment

A $100.00 deposit is required to start your custom design if your order exceeds this amount. Once the deposit is received we will begin your custom design. You will receive a proof via email to review and make any applicable changes you believe are necessary. Once you approve the proof the remaining balance is due. Once full payment is secured we will complete your order. You will receive a paypal invoice requesting payment for the deposit once all details have been secured for your order. You will than receive an additional paypal invoice requesting funds once the proof has been approved by you for the remainder of the funds due. Please note, deposits are nonrefundable. Payment is accepted via paypal, where you can use any credit card even if you do not have a paypal account. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted.

Shipping

You will be notified when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Shipping is Free.This applies to shipping in the unites states only. When purchasing items to be shipped internationally shipping is a flat rate of $40.00 or $1.00 each item which ever is less. International shipments can not be tracked. If you wish to have your purchase tracked we can discuss additional shipping methods. Once your order is shipped The Extra Detail LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Refunds

Due to the fact that all items are custom created to meet your specific needs, all sales are final and non refundable.

Additional Information

Mailing services including, hand addressed envelopes, printed addressed envelopes, and direct mailing to your guests are available amongst numerous other services to alleviate the stress that comes when planning your event. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss these options.
